Recommended for 1 CPE in Ethics at the basic level.

The program is suitable at the basic level for individuals who have routine interactions with others that could potentially lead to contentious conversations. OK Ethics makes no guarantees as it is up to the individual practitioner to determine relevance to their specific area of practice.

About the Program:

With over two decades of Human Resources experience, in both privately and publicly held organizations, Debbie Cowan understands the importance of modeling the way. Join us to hear Debbie’s insights and key learnings on ethical leadership and the importance of building a culture of accountability, transparency, and consistency.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Ethical leaders set the example for the rest of the organization through their words and actions; and are necessary drivers for success.

  2. Better understand specific actions and behaviors leaders should embrace to display ethical leadership and model the way.

  3. Hear personal stories and/or stories of others to bring these concepts to life.
